2:00 PM – Ceremony & Cake Cutting
2:30 PM – Drinks Reception
4:00 PM – Wedding Dining
7:30 PM – First Dance / Band & DJs‍ ‍
9:30 PM – Evening Food
9:30 PM — Late - Band & DJs


DRESS CODE

We’d love you to see you all dress your best. Whether thats a floor length gown, or a Suit, we encourage you to have some fun with your fit and feel free to go all out in pushing your attire to the max.

Colour Restrictions: None

Temperature: The day is Outdoors, and the Venue is inside a Barn, so bring a light layer for the evening.

Shoes: The Wedding will be on Grass and Concrete surfaces — consider suitable shoes for both or alternatively invest in heel or stiletto protectors.


FOOD

Dining will begin between 4.00 — 4:30 PM, and evening food will be served from around 9:30 PM. Please RSVP with any dietary requirements or allergies by 31st March.


DRINK

The bar will be open throughout the Day and Evening, serving beers, ciders, wines, and non-alcoholic options. If you’d like to bring something different for the evening that suits your tipple, you’re very welcome to do so.


PLACES TO STAY

If you are travelling from further afield, The Crossways Hotel in North Wootton is within walking distance of Wellhayes Farm. Alternatively, there are numerous AirBNB options available in Pilton and the surrounding villages, as well as hotels in Wells, Glastonbury, or further afield in Bruton or Frome.

PARKING

Parking is located in a field just off the road next to the Entrance / Pathway leading up to the Wedding Venue / Barn and will be clearly signposted on the day. As the parking is on private property, you are welcome to leave your car there overnight.


TAXIS

Please ensure that all Taxi Services are booked in Advance and all Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups are made from the entrance to the car park field, as the main wedding venue area will be closed to vehicles throughout the day and night.


POST—WEDDING
(5th JULY)

On Sunday we plan to get together at a Pub in the Local Area,
Location and times to be confirmed closer to the date.
